RALEIGH — A health alert is overshadowing the weekend for students and parents atWest Millbrook Middle Schoolin Raleigh.
Doctors have diagnosed a student at the school withrubellaor German measles.
School leaders sent home notes urging parents to look for symptoms of the disease, which include a low-grade fever, enlarged lymph nodes at the back of the head and the angle of the jaw, and a red rash.
