Raleigh, N.C. — Police on Tuesday released a composite sketch of a man wanted in connection with a slaying at a north Raleigh apartment complex last week.

The suspect is described as being in his 20s or 30s, between 5 feet 10 inches and 6 feet tall and 160 to 170 pounds. He appeared to be well groomed and was wearing a dark-colored baseball cap, a dark-colored shirt with the word “Security” in white letters on its front, a dark-colored jacket that was slightly longer than waist length and dark-colored cargo-style pants.
The suspect fled the scene in a small to medium-size burgundy car of unknown make.
