RALEIGH — A section of Raleigh's outer beltline may have to be shut down after an accident early Monday.
Police say a dump truck hit the overpass at Atlantic Avenue and the Beltline around 7 a.m.
Apparently the truck's hydraulic system was left up and took out several chunks of concrete when the truck drove through.
The driver suffered minor injuries.
TheDepartment of Transportationsays a section of the beltline may have to be closed to repair the damage.
