<b>WILSON</b> — A state wildlife officer has found the body of a Spring Hope man missing since he went on a fishing trip over  the weekend.

The Wilson Police Department says the body of Michael Silver was found  at 8:19 Monday morning floating in 6 feet of water.

The medical examiner will perform an autopsy.

Silver's wife called Wilson police after her husband had not come home.
