Around 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, the car veered off New Hope Church Road in Raleigh, striking the building. Ten to 15 people were evacuated from the apartment complex.

Authorities say the vehicle also hit a gas line. Crews had to shut off the gas to repair the gas line.
