Mother Raising Child with Color-Blind Values

CHAPEL HILL — This past Wednesday, our"Crossing the Tracks" documentary spurred a lot of conversation about how we might put racial divisions behind us. A Chapel Hill mother says she hopes her son will grow up in a world less pre-occupied with skin color.

Marsha Alston and some other interracial couples with children have formed a support group called "TIME." That stands for Triangle Interracial and Multicultural Experience.
