RALEIGH — The holiday season just got a little brighter for some deserving young kids.
Embassy Suites-Crabtree Valley held its annual Christmas party Sunday for 120-children who have cancer. The kids are all being treated at Duke Medical Center and UNC Hospitals.
But today they enjoyed a special celebration that included a visit with Santa Claus.
"We just want to have a lot of fun and have Christmas crafts and something that will make it a memorable occasion for them," said Pam Rogers, general manager for Embassy Suites.
This is the tenth year the hotel has hosted the party for the kids.
