RALEIGH — State agents and Raleigh police are investigating a double murder in downtown Raleigh.

Police found the two victims Thursday night in response to a 911 call.

The victims, two black males in their early 20s, were in the front seat of a white GMC Jimmy with Georgia license plates.

Both victims were shot in the head.

Most of the local residents say they did not hear anything. However, one resident says the two men drove by earlier in the day looking for drugs.

Police will not confirm if the shootings are drug related. Reporter: Lynda Loveland
