RALEIGH — Cardinal Healthcare is not closing its doors. That's the message from the business's president.
Dr. Allen Hayes says despite a dispute with their management organization, Cardinal physicians are committed to serving patients in the Triangle.
There was concern that Cardinal doctors could end up in the same boat as another doctors' group.
Physicians with North Carolina Medical Associates have been unable to practice because of non-compete contracts with their management company.
The closing would have affected 250,000 patients in the Triangle.
