Police Need Help Finding Missing Eureka Man

EUREKA — Police in the small Wayne County town of Eureka need your help finding a missing man. Roger Stafford, 33, is mentally disabled.

He has not been seen since he left his home Sept. 3, to pay a bill in Goldsboro. He is a white male, about 5'10" and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and is balding in the front.

Stafford's 1979 Mercury Caprice is also missing. It's grayish-blue with rust spots. License tag number LRY-8375.

Stafford was reported missing on Oct. 2. He has a history of disappearing for a week at a time, but he usually calls. This time he has not called. Police are not ruling out foul play.
