RALEIGH — For the first time since the death penalty was reinstated in 1977, two death row prisoners are scheduled for execution this month at Raleigh's Central Prison.
Zane Hill, 16, is scheduled to be executed this Friday.
The death sentence of 44-year old Wendell Flowers is set to be carried out on August 21.
