<b>DURHAM</b> — One of the victims hurt in a weekend wreck on I-40 has died. Emir Romero was one of seven people hurt when a van blew a tire and went spinning out of control.

Investigators say only two people in the van were wearing seatbelts. Some of the passengers were even sitting on the floor.  Romero was 22 years old.
