DURHAM — An inn in Durham may soon have to put up a permanent "No Vacancy" sign.
The owners of Temporary Quarters Residential Inn face off against county health officials tomorrow.
The public health director says the pay-by-week inn is operating as a hotel, even though it doesn't have a hotel permit.
Health officials say the former Holiday Inn is badly in need of repair. A judge will decide if the inn can stay open.
