DURHAM — Five people are recovering from an early morning wreck on Main Street in Durham involving a city bus and a vehicle.
Officers say it was either the driver of the city DATA bus or a car who ran a stop light around 7:00 a.m. Friday, but they're not sure which one. The accident closedMangum Street at Parrish Streetand blocked Main Street.
The bus knocked over a tree and a street light, when it ran off the road. Durham officers and city workers were still trying to get things back in order at the time of this report.
