When deputies arrived at a residence at 4109 Old Poole Road around 2 a.m., they found the body of Jose Cisneros, 26. Heribierto Guzman, 27, was taken into custody in connection with Cisneros’ death. <br />

Wake County deputies recovered the weapon at the scene. They said at least eight people were in the house at the time of the shooting, and that alcohol was a factor in the altercation.
