RALEIGH, N.C. — An early morning argument in a Wake County neighborhood ended in a man’s death
When deputies arrived at a residence at 4109 Old Poole Road around 2 a.m., they found the body of Jose Cisneros, 26. Heribierto Guzman, 27, was taken into custody in connection with Cisneros’ death.
Wake County deputies recovered the weapon at the scene. They said at least eight people were in the house at the time of the shooting, and that alcohol was a factor in the altercation.
