DURHAM, N.C. — More Duke students are now off the hook for alleged underage drinking.
In November, charges were dropped against several students after a judge found ALE agents had violated their rights.
Nearly 200 Duke students were cited for underage drinking when ALE agents busted up parties at several off-campus houses. Agents entered the houses without warrants and didn't read students their rights. On Friday, charges were dropped against six more students.
