RALEIGH — Raleigh based International Heritage is resuming operations. Monday, company chairman Stan Van Etten posted a court ordered $5 million bond and volunteered to take a 50 percent pay cut.
Van Etten had been accused of running an illegal pyramid scheme.
A federal judge in Atlanta ruled Friday that International Heritage may only sell actual products, and cannot sign up any new sales reps.
