RALEIGH — A Raleigh police officer has been cleared in a domestic case.
Garris Evans was in court Wednesday morning, charged with communicating threats and trespassing. A judge dismissed one count and found Evans not guilty on the other.
A woman had accused the officer of showing up at her home and refusing to leave.
