DURHAM, N.C. — The state Department of Transportation is trying to figure out if they put a driveway through someone's front yard.
As part of the Duke Street widening, the DOT rebuilt several driveways. One homeowner said crews put her neighbor's new driveway right through her front yard.
DOT officials said they have talked to the homeowner. They are measuring property lines and if she is right, they will fix the problem.
