KENLY, N.C. — A Johnston County shop manager is in jail and accused of having weapons of mass destruction.

. Deputies got a tip he storing explosives there.
On Wednesday, authorities went into the store and found two sticks of C-4 dynamite. Austin says he was holding the the explosives for someone else.
