<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Wayne County man is in jail after being charged with molesting a 9-year-old girl.

Police arrested Elijah Pate. He is currently in the Wayne County Jail on more than $12,000 bond.

It is not the first time he has been in trouble. Pate was also charged with sexually assaulting an 8-year-old girl last year.
