Police Arrest Suspect In Raleigh Slaying

RALEIGH, N.C. — An arrest has been made in connection with a slaying in Raleigh.

Police say 23-year-old Travis Earl Holder was shot to death on East Lenoir Street Thursday afternoon.

Authorities arrested 16-year-old Kenny Earl Jarrod Jones Friday morning on Georgetown Road. He is charged with murder.

Authorities say the shooting was drug-related and gang-involved.

Police also charged two others in the case.

Angela McCullers, 21, and Dominique Henderson, 22, both of Raleigh have been charged with accessory after the fact in connection with the shooting, police said.
