ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. — Halifax County Community College's suspended president finally sat down Wednesday with an investigative committee looking into allegations of wrongdoing.
Ted Gasper, who is accused of mishandling funds and breaking state laws, was able to tell investigators about the case from his perspective.
It was the third attempt at bringing Gasper and the investigative committee together.
