RALEIGH, N.C. — Police say a Holly Springs man shot and stabbed his uncle after they got into a fight over watching television.
Colius Ray, 32, who faces charges of assault with intent to kill, is in jail with a $75,000 bond.
Holly Springs police say Ray wanted to keep watching television Saturday morning, but his uncle, Donnell Ray, wanted to go to sleep.
Donnell Ray is at WakeMed, but the hospital was not able to release his condition.
