ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. — A seven-member committee wrapped up its investigation of embattled Halifax Community College President Ted Gasper, but the findings remain confidential because of personnel issues.
Gasper is under investigation for financial problems and other mismanagement issues at the college. He has been placed on paid leave.
Gasper, who never spoke to the committee, has denied all allegations in writing.
Depending on what the report says, the case could be sent to the state Board of Trustees in Raleigh.
The report could ve released at a later date.
