Raleigh Police Release Description Of Man Hit By Train

RALEIGH, N.C. — It is still a bit of a mystery for Raleigh police as they investigate a man who was hit and killed by a train in Raleigh.
A train conductor noticed the body around 1:30 a.m. near Hoke and Blount streets. Police do not yet know who he is, but they have released a description of him.
He is described as a black man between 40 and 50 years old. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and was wearing blue jeans, a pink shirt, and a black leather jacket with green, orange and black sleeves.
Police believe a different train may have run over the victim. You are asked to contact police if you have any information that is beneficial to the case.
