Posted Updated

CARY, N.C. — Funeral arrangements are now set for a local Marine killed in Iraq.

A roadside bomb killed 24-year-old Mark Adams last week. Adams was a star wrestler at Cary High School and came back to Cary to help coach. He re-enlisted after the war started.

Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Colonial Baptist Church in Cary. The funeral will immediately follow.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Cary High School wrestling team.
