Judge Rejects Plea Deal In Animal Cruelty Case

Posted Updated

ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. — Two dog owners are still working on trying to cut a deal in an animal cruelty case.

In May, dozens of greyhounds were seized from a home in Orange County.

Ken and Robin Wiseman were charged with 47 counts each of animal cruelty.

The couple tried to plead no contest, but a judge rejected it.
