<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Raleigh police and the State Bureau of Investigation plan to wrap up their own investigations into the death of a suspect custody.

Authorities say the final autopsy shows Batrane Hedgepeth died of a cocaine overdose.

Hedgepath got into a violent struggle with several officers when they tried to arrest him in May. Police even used pepper spray.

Raleigh police and the SBI still need to issue their findings in the case.
