RALEIGH, N.C. — Onslow County deputies are looking for someone who shot two horses.
Investigators say the horses were eating in a pasture near Swansboro when someone shot them several times with a .22 caliber rifle.
Both horses survived the shooting, beputies say at least one of them will have to be put down.
A $500 reward is offered for information leading to an arrest.
