Fuquay-Varina Police Investigate Bank Robbery

FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. — Fuquay-Varina police are looking for a man who robbed a bank Monday morning.

Investigators say it happened around 10 a.m. at the First Citizens Bank on Main Street.

According to police, a man with a nylon bag implied he had a weapon and demanded money. He later fled on foot.

Anyone with information is being asked to call Fuquay-Varina police. A reward is being offered.
