Accused Child Molester Released On Probation

Larry Edward Blalock, 60, was put on probation for four years, and he must register as a high-risk sex offender.

Prosecutors say the incidents began in 1966, with the last one reported in 2003.

Assistant District Attorney Sam Cooper said he made the deal knowing victims did not want to testify and that it would have been hard to prove some of the charges since the incidents happened so long ago.
