Woman A Suspect In Brother's Stabbing Death, Wilson Police Say

WILSON, N.C. — A woman has been identified as a suspect in her brother's homicide, Wilson police said.

Wilson police said they received a call Monday about a domestic disturbance in an apartment at 808 Anthony Street.

When officers arrived at the scene, they discovered 33-year-old Chris Applewhite had been stabbed to death.

Police identified his sister, 32-year-old Rosetta Applewhite Allen, as a suspect.

The homicide remains under investigation and is being reviewed by the District Attorney's Office, police said.
