RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man accused of waving a shotgun on school property has been released from jail.
Police said Michael Tighe was at Broughton High School Thursday night when he pointed a shotgun at four people and told them to leave.
The women and children were waiting for football players to return to the school.
Tighe posted $5,000 bond and was released from jail.
He has a court date scheduled for Monday.
