FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police have identified the teen who died in a flash flood during Thursday night's heavy rains.
Police said 17-year-old Jesse King died after being swept away by rising waters.
Investigators said King slipped in a ditch full of rushing water, was pulled into a drainage pipe, and drowned.
