RALEIGH, N.C. — Another project on the campus of North Carolina State University will be finished for the first day of classes.
A new traffic signal is now active at the
intersection
of Pullen Road and Cates Avenue. Some streets will also become one-way.
Leaders believe the new traffic flow will make it easier to navigate around the Coliseum Deck.
They also think it will be easier to get on and off North Carolina State's campus.
