Robbery Suspect Caught By Raleigh Police

RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police say a robbery suspect is behind bars.

Police picked up Xavier Shaw at around 5 p.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Bridgeport Drive and Lead Mine Road.

According to investigators, Shaw was seen on surveillance video robbing the BP Station on South Wilmington Street on July 13.

Shaw is also accused of robbing a southeast Raleigh apartment the following day.
