Three Men Charged In Franklin Murder May Face Death Penalty

RALEIGH, N.C. — Prosecutors will seek the death penalty against three men accused of killing a Bunn High School student.

Antoine Perry, Charles Mayo and Eliot Hazelwood are charged with first-degree murder.

Investigators say the three men fired shots outside a Franklin County party in January, killing star athlete, Marc Philippeaux.
