KNIGHTDALE, N.C. — A new detour is making it a little easier to get to Knightdale from the new U.S. Highway 64 bypass.
People traveling westbound can now turn left at the Rolesville Road stoplight. That cuts the detour by more than 1.5 miles.
Dozens of motorists had previously complained that the detour was confusing.
Crews continue to work to tie U.S. 64 Business with the U.S. 64 Bypass.
