ROBBINS, N.C. — The Division of Motor Vehicles turned over its investigation of a license plate agency to the State Bureau of Investigation.
Earlier in July, DMV agents shut down the office in Robbins in Moore County over account irregularities.
Investigators raided the building and seized computers.
The office is still closed.
