RALEIGH, N.C. — Jury selection continues Monday in the Timothy Johnson murder trial.

Johnson is accused of killing two men in the parking lot of Carter-Finley Stadium during an N.C. State football game in September 2004.

Lawyers seated five jurors -- all women -- last week.

Johnson's younger brother, Tony, also has been charged in the shooting deaths of Kevin McCann and Brett Harman.

Tony Johnson's trial is scheduled to start in October. Both men could face the death penalty if convicted of the slayings.
