WELDON, N.C. — Halifax Community College is responding to complaints from students and former faculty members.
Students are upset over the several popular instructors that were fired and how their concerns were received by President Ted Gasper.
The complaints could spark a state audit.
The college defends Gasper saying the layoffs were overblown by a small group of people.
