WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — Wake County inspectors temporarily shut down a Wake Forest restaurant because of a health violation.
Inspectors said they closed China Buffet on Capital Boulevard in June for setting off roach bombs overnight.
The inspector said food was compromised in the process, and had to be thrown out.
China Buffet reopened four days later after receiving a 92 on its regular inspection.
