The man, identified as 22-year-old Nicolas Ricardo Carrasco Domenec, was found on the 100 block of Summit Avenue Saturday night suffering from a gunshot wound. On Sunday, police say Domenec died from his injuries.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Durham's Grand Jury has indicted the man accused of brutally killing a convenience store clerk.

Keith Kidwell is charged with killing Crayton Nelms at a Kangaroo Gas Station on North Roxboro Road.

Investigators said Nelms died from a massive blow to the head.

Kidwell was found in Oklahoma a few days after the murder, driving Nelms' stolen pickup truck.
