Durham police are investigating a collision Saturday morning that killed one man and injured another driver.

<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Durham police are investigating a collision Saturday morning that killed one man and injured another driver.<br />

The wreck occurred around 4:45 a.m. on Miami Boulevard when a southbound vehicle driven by Craig Owens, 36, of Durham crossed the double yellow line and collided with a northbound vehicle driven by Marina Ochoa, 26, of Durham, Durham police officials said.<br />

Owens was pronounced dead at the scene. Ochoa was taken to Duke Hospital for treatment of arm and foot injuries.
