CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — A grand jury indicted a Chapel Hill teen Monday on two counts of murder for the deaths of his parents.
District Attorney Jim Woodall presented the grand jury with the case Monday for consideration.
Police said Adam Sapikowski confessed to killing his parents, James and Alison Sapikowski. The couple was found shot to death in their home in May.
Police believe their bodies had been at the home for weeks before they were discovered by authorities.
