Fayetteville Man Accused Of Taking Advantage Of Foreign Students

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Fayetteville man is accused of taking advantage of foreign students.

Police say 38-year-old Reginald Rogers accepted money from a group of Russian students after promising them a place to stay.

Officers said Rogers never delivered.

He faces one count of obtaining property by false pretenses.
