Suspect Charged With Taking Money From Students

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Authorities arrest a man who has allegedly been taking advantage of foreign students.

According to police, 38-year-old Reginald Tony Rogers accepted money from a group of Russian students on May 29 after promising them a place to stay.

Fayetteville police detectives charged Rogers with one count of obtaining property by false pretenses.
