Vincent Hall is accused of raping Cynthia Horton outside her Raleigh apartment in 1993.

DNA evidence tested by the North Carolina State Bureau of  Investigation linked Hall to the crime

Hall is already in prison for killing a Raleigh video store employee in 1994.
