HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. — A day care under close watch because of claims of abuse is now out of business for other reasons.
State officials said Mary Had A Little Lamb Day Care in Harnett County shut down and turned in its license because of an ownership dispute.
The state was keeping a close eye on the facility because of allegations of abuse and neglect, as well as a history of poor compliance.
